Is this a good telescope?

the barska 675X114mm lens they are asking 90.00dollars is this worth that amount.
i tried finding the price from different places without sucess plz help.

in my opinion I would call the barska reflector more or less a toy. The mounting seems to be pretty unstable. For beginners in visual astronomy I would recommend a GSO Dobson, binoculars or a small telescope from a specialized retailer. E.g.:

But don't expect too much from these telescopes. The best choice are maybe binoculars with additional starchart(s) or literature.
